Data Deletion

Overview

Streemi.ng does not require an account. There is no Streemi.ng username, password, or server-side user profile to delete.

If you sent diagnostic data or contacted support, you can request deletion of data associated with that request.

How to Request Deletion

Email support@streemi.ng with the subject "Streemi.ng data deletion request".

Please include any details that help us find the data:

  • The app name: Streemi.ng.
  • Your diagnostic install ID, if you have it.
  • The approximate date and time you sent diagnostics.
  • The email address you used when contacting support, if relevant.

What Can Be Deleted

On request, we will delete matching Streemi.ng data we control:

  • Uploaded diagnostic zip files.
  • Diagnostic upload metadata.
  • Support messages you sent to us, where we can identify them.

Automatic Deletion

Uploaded diagnostics are also deleted automatically by a scheduled retention job after 30 days.

Data We Cannot Delete

Google Play purchase records are handled by Google. Streemi.ng can unlock paid features based on purchase status, but purchase history and payment records are managed through your Google account.

We may retain limited records if required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Response Time

We aim to review deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to find your data, we will reply to the email address used for the request.
